Help CPF in its cause
The Benoni Community Policing Forum (CPF) will hold a fund-raiser at the Indianapolis Spur, on September 29.
The CPF will receive 10 per cent of the day’s proceeds, which will be used to buy much-needed equipment for its members.
Benoni CPF executive chairperson Reza Patel said items to be purchased will include: night vision and firefighting apparatus, radios, office equipment, airtime, medical kits, torches, reflective clothing and CPF branding, to name a few.
People have been encouraged to visit the Spur between 9am and 9pm.
The restaurant is on the corner of Phillips and Atlas roads, Westwood Village Shopping Centre, Boksburg.
