Prep Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 4 – 5

Ingredients

  • McCain Stir Fry – Mexican
  • 400 grams McCain Brussel Sprouts

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 Teaspoons Italian herbs
  • ½ Teaspoon crushed garlic and ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon honey

Method

  1. Season the brussel sprouts in the oven according to package instructions – try to get them charred a little.
  2. Fry the Stir Fry in a hot oil until cooked.
  3. Mix all the ingredients listed under dressing until well combined.
  4. Lay the veg onto a platter and drizzle with the dressing.
  5. Serve with lime wedges.
