Nine of the villages have well-equipped Care Centres providing specialists mid and frail care.

Independent living units

Cottages and apartments (bedsitter, one and two-bedroom) for purchase on a favourable life rights basis.

Rentals

Rental options include bedsitters as well as one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Board and lodging

Residents enjoy hassle-free retirement on this package which includes three nutritious meals daily. Housekeeping and laundry services also included.

Care Centres 

Flexible accommodation options (single, double or four-bedded rooms with/without private bathrooms) for residents requiring mid or frail care. Alzheimer’s and Dementia care is provided by specially trained staff under the supervision of a professional nurse.
