Chairperson Bob Stone said the entertainment industry was one of the hardest-hit industries affected by the lockdown.

“We were in the middle of rehearsals for our mid-year production when Covid-19 hit,” he said.

“This is our first and only production for the year.”

The production will be held at St Chad’s Anglican Church on the corner of Fourth Street and Eighth Avenue, Edenvale.

“There are about 15 plays and half will be shown on the first night while the other half will be shown on the second.”

Mark encouraged attendees to pre-book to ensure their families have a table of their own.

“All protocols regarding Covid-19 screening will be adhered to,” said Mark.

The show will start at 7.30pm but guests are advised to arrive half an hour beforehand to allow for the screening process.

The production costs R50 and covers both nights.
