Modderfontein Farmers Market will hold a Christmas Carolling Competition on the grounds of Franz Hoenig Haus at the December 1 market.

There will be prizes for those finishing in first, second and third in three age categories.
Age groups for the competition will be six and under, seven to 12 years and 13 and over.
Prizes for the competition have been donated by various local businesses including Flower Sensations, Blott and Sandro Hairdressing from the new Flamingo Shopping Centre in Modderfontein as well as Adventure Golf, Papachinos and Compu-kart from Stoneridge Shopping Centre, Go Ape SA and Wicked Cream Ice Cream.
Registration will take place at the market between 9.30am and 10.30am on the day.
The competition will start at 10.30am.
