Three hour hike to take place
All funds raised are used to maintain the koppies.
A three-koppie group hike of up to 8km lasting approximately three hours through the Melville Koppies will take place on November 11.
Those wanting to attend are asked to park, meet, and pay for the hike in the upper parking area at Marks Park situated on Judith Road in Emmarentia.
The hike will set off at 8.30am sharp.
The cost for the event will be R60 for adults and R40 for children.
All funds raised are used to maintain the koppies.
Hikers must be fit with good balance as paths are rocky and steep.
Children must be over the age of six and there will be no dogs allowed on the hike.
