Community members can start preparing for the return of the the charity event which gives back in the best possible way.
The Peermont Emperors Palace Charity Mile Grade 2 will be hosted at the Turffontein Racecourse on November 3.

The race day will see fashionably dressed celebrities, charities and media partners, join forces for this exciting event.
Peermont and Emperors Palace are known for creating exceptional memories in true racing spirit. This year the Charity Mile promises to be even better.
The main race will see 16 charities, along with 16 celebrities and media partners, pair up with 16 horses at the track.
On the race day, athletes will determine the split of the R1-million to the respective charities.
Turffontein Racecourse will also host the Richest Race for Maidens, sponsored by several businessmen and Prince Albert II, the reigning monarch of Monaco.
Prince Albert II is no stranger to South Africa’s racetracks as his South African wife, Princess Charlene of Monaco, is a frequent guest and major contributor to the industry.
The inaugural 20-horse Monaco Million Maiden Sprint over 1160m will give owners of a horse the opportunity to win big with prizes ranging from R500 000 to R10 000.
With an array of hospitality venues throughout the course, including the spectacular City Deck, visitors can enjoy a variety of delicious meals while overlooking the parade ring, and more importantly, the action on the track.
Community members are invited to see their favourite celeb and to shout their hearts out for their chosen charity and to also show off their fashion trends
