 Observatory

This trendy suburb is made up of a diverse group of people and enjoys a rich history. Entertainment venues, restaurants and pubs are readily available, while the area is also within close proximity to the CBD. Prices are slightly higher than in Tableview, with flats costing around R12 950 monthly while houses will go for R15 000.

Vredehoek

Sitting at the foot of Table Mountain, this quiet suburb offers stunning views and is minutes away from the CBD. The convenient location along with the laid-back atmosphere has seen Vredehoek become one of the most popular suburbs around the city. A flat in Vredehoek does not come cheap with average monthly rentals of R15 000 while houses go for around R25 000 monthly.
