The Bedfordview Garden Club hosted the “Bonsai Master”, who shared his expertise on this unique hobby.
Mr Kobus De Beer was the speaker at the club’s meeting held on October 10.
“My husband Kobus and I have been in many magazines, such as Garden & Home. We are keen gardeners who love to spend time in our gardens,” said his wife, Ms Elizabeth De Beer.
The chairperson of the club, Ms Heather Jayes, said the club meets every second Saturday of the month.
“The club has been running for 34 years and the meetings are for anyone who has an interest in gardening,” she said.
The club meets at 9.30am for 10am at various venues and gardens in and around the Bedfordview and Edenvale areas.
