Paint & Palette gets ready for next demonstration

Ms Néva Duncan, a graphic art teacher and illustrator, will be hosted by Edenvale's Paint & Palette group on October 17.

Ms Néva Duncan, a graphic art teacher and illustrator, will be hosted by Edenvale’s Paint & Palette group on October 17.

She started her profession by drawing animals as a child. She continued with art as a high school subject and also studied Visual Arts at UNISA.

In 2013, she decided to open her own art school and she teaches drawing, painting and illustration to beginner and amateur students.

For her graphic work, Ms Duncan works in pencils, inks, watercolours and digital painting.

She is also an illustrator of character designs, book illustrations and book covers, and is currently finishing up a digital book cover for a local author, Alan Brickett.

The October 17 demonstration will be hosted at at the Edenvale Community Centre at 2pm.
