Margaret Hirsch inspires Caxton sales people
Chief Operations Officer of the Hirsch’s Home store, Margaret Hirsch, recently gave a talk to a group of Caxton’s magazine, tabloid and online sales people at the Caxton offices in Boksburg.
Margaret kick-started her talk by giving a brief history on the Hirsch s legacy and how the company has grown from strength to strength.
Inspiring her audience, she said, “Look at what you can be, not at what you are right now. There is a seed of greatness inside all of you”.
She emphasized the importance of visualisation and pointed out that the higher your self-esteem, the higher your salary could be. Concluding her speech she said “Now is the time! If you are not going to do it now, it will never get done.”
Two lucky sales people won a Hirsch cookbook titled, “A taste of Hirsch’s”, written by founder of Hirsch’s, Allan Hirsch.
“It was clear that Margaret left everyone feeling incredibly inspired and powerful,” said Caxton’s Karen Watts.
