Jeppe Girls shine in district netball finals

Jeppe High School for Girls U14 netball team performed well at the district netball finals on 30 May.

The girls won the final against Midrand High School with a score of 22–8. The team has won 11 of their 12 fixtures this year.

Two of their players were selected for Gauteng Schools Netball teams. Mpho Mvelase and Tshaamano Mabuba are in the top 30. They will be playing in the provincial tournament at Dr EG Jansen Hoërskool in Boksburg from 2 to 6 July.
