JBA awards local bowlers

Belgravia Bowling Club once again had representation in the finals and was among the awards.

Perfect Delivery JBA Veteran Masters GC Swanepoel, gold medallist Dawn Palmer and Rob Zimmerman, president.

The Johannesburg Bowls Association hosted the Perfect Delivery District Open and Veteran Masters and the Annual Awards at Morningside CC on August 21 and 22.

Belgravia throughout the season, which was affected by Covid-19, achieved many favourable results.

The club produced gold medallists in both the Men and Woman’s First Division League, silver medallists in the Men and Woman’s Pairs and gold medallists in the Woman’s Fours, among other achievements.
