“Players want to get into the open air and continue learning the skill that they have been working on so hard for years.”

Exercise and being fit is most important to a healthy life, as per Armstrong, and young players need to continue with training.

He said tennis tournaments have been placed on hold and it might be a while before it resumes again.

“In the meantime, players can work hard on their fitness and tennis so they are in-form and ready to compete, improve their ranking and work on their personal goals,” said Armstrong.

He described his own personal goal as having many more players play tennis and to develop top tennis players as he already supports his player’s countrywide at tournaments and achieves great results.
