Edenvale’s crossfit champs
Dr Larry Harmer, the principal of Edenvale High School, competed and partnered with John Lombard, attaining first place in their category.
Athletes from B4C Fitness Centre, based at Edenvale High School, competed in the Old Dogs New Tricks CrossFit competition.
Held on June 8 to 9, athletes from the centre took five first place positions and one second place position.

The centre’s results are as follows:
• Danie du Preez and Marco Dos Santos took first place in the Rx M/M 45+ category.
• Kim Hough and Vanessa dos Santos took first place in the Scaled F/F 35+ category.
• Annie Young and Shaun Juchau took first place in the Scaled M/F 35+ category.
• Paolo Nunes and Claudio Nunes placed first in the RX M/M 35+ category.
• Dr Larry Harmer and John Lombard took a first place on the podium in the Scaled M/M 45+ category.
• Joleen Lynn and Theresa Gunning placed second in the Scaled F/F 45+ category.
