Edenvale SAPS takes on EMPD and DEMS

"Following the game we are now fifth on the log but still hope to move up."

Members of Edenvale SAPS took to the field when they faced off against a combined team of EMPD and DEMS soccer players.

The league game saw the teams go head to head on November 21 at the Edenvale Sports Grounds.

Despite applying constant pressure and pushing the attack SAPS lost the game 2-1.

Vice-coach of the SAPS team, Jerry Mgidi, said it was unfortunate that the team lost despite the players giving it their best.

The next game Edenvale SAPS will play is against Kempton Park Police Station at 3pm today (November 28).
