Football tournament to raise funds for Cansa

With the hope of raising funds for Cancer Association of South Africa (Cansa), Edenvale Football Club will host its third football fund-raising tournament.

The Cansa Pink Soccer Tournament, organised by EFC coach Tony Dias, will see local soccer teams go head to head.

It will be held on October 13 and 14 at the Edenvale Sports Grounds.

It will start at 8am and end at 5pm.

In addition to raising funds, the tournament will raise awareness about Cansa.

Last year the tournament raised over R40 000.

Local teams of all ages are welcome to participate in the tournament.
