Karate students from Ballossini Kimura Shukokai International (KSI) Karate Dojo in Dunvegan recently excelled at the KSI Northern Region Championships.

At the championships, held in May at the University of the Witwatersrand, the local karatekas brought home 42 medals.
Students from the dojo won 14 gold, nine silver and 19 bronze medals.
