Great turnout for league games

The Edenvale Bowling Club recently hosted a league game, which saw clubs from Gauteng and the surrounding areas participating.
President of the Edenvale Bowls Club, Mr Ian Mcinnes, said this time of year is when the various clubs play their league games.
He said the games usually take place on a Saturday.
According to Mr Mcinnes, the 3B division played fours on October 28.
Mr McInnes said in a game of fours, a team of four members competes against another team.
“The team is divided into two pairs and the pairs rotate bowling,” said Mr McInnes.
Mr McInnes said Edenvale Bowls Club had 11 teams playing this weekend.
“All the Edenvale teams did well,” said Mr McInness.
