Micheal Naidoo scored four runs to seal the win for Ooblidoobli Hackers over Boertjies on March 19.

The two met during the the first LMS game of the season at Jeppe Quondam Sports Grounds.

Captain Xander Hattingh said his team scored 100 runs in 20 overs and Ooblidoobli from Bedfordview scored 102 runs in 18 overs.

“We did not have six of our regular players. But our bowling was good, we just did not score enough runs,” he said.

Donnovan Louwsma, Ooblidoobli’s captain, said his team battled with the bowling.

“Our batting was good. We chased down their 100-run target in 18 overs. We scored 102 runs. Micheal, our last man standing, was our hero. We won the game with his last four runs,” said Louwsma.
