Edenvale Bowls to launch sponsored event
From March, the Edenvale Bowls Club, voted by Ekurhuleni District Bowls as the Club of the Year, will host monthly sponsored bowls tournaments.
Following suit of many Natal Coast bowling clubs, the Edenvale Bowls Club will soon hosts its first monthly sponsored event.
Sponsors of the prizes are local businesses who undertake to donate prizes in the form of vouchers, goods or cash.
From March, the Edenvale Bowls Club, voted by Ekurhuleni District Bowls as the Club of the Year, will host monthly sponsored bowls tournaments.
Already four local businesses have joined the initiative to sponsor prizes.
Each month at least three winning sides will receive nine prizes between them.
Sponsors will be able to advertise at each monthly tournament through banners and other means.

The Edenvale Bowling Club will invite other clubs in the area to attend the monthly events.
