Clegg paddles to top spot
Clegg finished in a time of 2:00 as the seventh veteran in the 40 years and older age category.
Edenvale resident Roy Clegg was the first veteran from the Victoria Lake Canoe Club to cross the finish line in the recent SA Marathon Canoe Marathon Championships K1 race.
James Tutton, Grant Conlon and Brian Langton from Bedfordview finished in 11th, 12th and 13th position respectively.
Clegg finished in a time of 2:00 as the seventh veteran in the 40 years and older age category.
Tutton finished in a in time of 2:07, Conlon in a time of 2:08 and Langton finished in a time of 2:15.
Tutton, Conlon and Langton competed in the sub master men category, age 45 years and older. @BedfordJourno
