Adding to the sports codes already on offer, Jeppe Quondam now has a padel court.
Working in partnership with LivPadel, the newly constructed courts were unveiled to the community on September 14.
This was the fourth padel club established by LivPadel. It has three other venues that offer padel – Centurion, Hilton and Knysna.

On the opening day, excitement and enthusiasm filled the air as players gathered at the courts.
An exhibition match between Izelle Anderson, Cheyna Wood, Anna Wysoczarska and Imaan Hassim was played on the open day to give community members a taste of the sport.
Community members received a free 30-minute pitch and play-slots allowing them to experience the sport for themselves.
