Local race driver move up the ranks
The Lambton resident took second place on June 10 at the Redstar Raceway in Delmas.
Renzo Ribeiro (16) keeps climbing the rank in racing.
With his passion and dedication to the sport, he is close to making his wish come true – entering the national championship with Formula Ford.

He started at the back of the pack but overtook his opponents to finish second, only two seconds behind the leader.
He celebrated the success with his father, Miguel Ribeiro, who raced in the MHCC historic class. Miguel took first place.
The duo was pleased with their performances.
Renzo raced in a 1992 VW GTI Swift, and his father in a 1971 Alfa Romeo GTAM.
A love for racing runs in the family, and Renzo is no different. He races in the Formula Libra series this year.
