SPCA thankful for support from community

Each year we are more and more overwhelmed and we cannot thank you all enough for looking after your SPCA.

EDITOR – To the NEWS and Edenvale SPCA supporters, from all the animals that we care for and still need to care for, thank you for your donations, whether it may be big or small.

It helps to make life a little bit easier for us all.

It keeps us warm when nights are long and cold.

Gives comfort to the young and the very old.

Be sure there is someone who sees from up above, your donation given to us in the name of love.

This is a very big thank you for the wonderful donations that have once again streamed in for our little SPCA from October to January.

The Dogs Dinner donation drive saw R130 211 collected.

Each and every donation is most welcome as we have had probably the worst and busiest festive season in a very long time, with many animals coming through our doors needing our help and emergency veterinary treatment.

Your generosity has overwhelmed us and we can assure you that all donations will go towards the care of our precious animals and those that still need us.

Each year we are more and more overwhelmed and we cannot thank you all enough for looking after your SPCA.

You are all the reasons why we can keep our doors open and continue to fight every day.

I had so much fun sending in every message to the NEWS this year.

The messages were all so special and it’s wonderful to see some familiar people every year.

We would also like to say a very big thank you to Stephan and the team at the NEWS for publishing these messages every year and helping us bring in much-needed funds.

We are so grateful for you guys and we thank you for always looking after us, whether it be sharing success stories, welcoming new team members, creating awareness and sharing some of our animals to help find them new homes, thank you.

It is because of special people like you that we are able to continue with our work to care for those who cannot speak for themselves.
