Thank you Edenvale Licensing Department

“Thank you for your patience and assistance.”

Editor – After a very unpleasant recent visit to the Edenvale Licensing Department I have to commend acting supervisor Malesa Thsangwane on how she changed my total frustration around to total satisfaction within a few minutes.

I was given the incorrect paperwork for what I wanted to do and thereafter was told that I needed the original registration papers for the vehicle which I wanted to scrap.

I completed the form and was told that I would be phoned when the paperwork was ready which happened 20 days later.

I went to the licensing department to scrap the vehicle and had to wait for my number to come up.

I was called only to be told that I had to go to Benoni as that is where I lived although I registered the vehicle at the Edenvale branch.

When I mentioned this to the gentleman he merely pulled up his shoulders and ignored me.

This is where acting supervisor Malesa Thsangwane stepped in and offered to assist me.

The correct documents were completed, she assisted me with a new affidavit and all was sorted within 10 minutes.

What a star.

Thsangwane must be promoted to supervisor as she will make a huge difference to the branch.

Thank you for your patience and assistance Thsangwane, it is highly appreciated.

If there were more people like you that treat human beings as human beings this world would be a different place.

God bless you and thank you once more.

Cobus Visser.
