Kinky the cat will be missed

This was my special baby and I miss him so much.

EDITOR – A special bouquet for a special lady at the Edenvale SPCA.

Thank you, Allison, for your kindness, compassion and overwhelming caring for my loss of my precious cat, Kinky.

Kinky came to me as a stray about seven years ago and soon became much loved by the whole the family.

He loved to sunbathe on my pavement.

He slept inside every night and sunbathed all day.

He loved humans but didn’t tolerate other cats, hence he always had scars from fighting.

My neighbour decided that these scars were “mange”.

She felt he was a feral cat and was a threat to her pedigree cattery.

A neutered feral cat? I don’t think so.

Kinky was wrongly taken by her to the SPCA and then to the vet to be put down.

This was my special baby and I miss him so much.

Why oh why could she not have enquired at her surrounding neighbours to see if he belonged to anyone?

Thank you, Allison, for telling me the truth about what happened.

God bless and love you.
