EDITOR – So much has happened and people tend to only report on the negatives from the government departments.
I would specifically like to mention the Department of Home Affairs. Although there may have been incidents, I was pleasantly surprised when I applied for my smart card.
My visit to the Department of Home Affairs was amazing. The queues were organised and numbers were called so there was no skipping the queue.
The staff members at the department were also very helpful and friendly.
I would just like to say thank you for the standard of service delivery that I experienced.
