Resident thanks sales consultant, company

I spoke to ADT management telephonically, raising our concerns and I clearly remember saying that we'd give ADT a chance.

EDITOR – All too often you hear complaints and negativity from clients; you seldom get to hear the compliments and positive side.

When ADT recently acquired our security company, SSG, a lot of us were really unhappy and very concerned.

I had to put a number of people’s minds at ease, even though I was feeling the most panic-stricken. Somehow I took on the role of being the unofficial complaints department and voice for those of us who were affected by the acquisition.

I spoke to ADT management telephonically, raising our concerns and I clearly remember saying that we’d give ADT a chance.

Even though she has been busy, sales consultant Nolleen Tappin always makes time to assist the community whether it is night or day, weekend or even a public holiday.

We all love her friendliness, positivity, professionalism, energetic drive and ideas on how to build and connect us as a community, willingness to go that extra mile for the community.

Nolleen is an absolute asset to ADT.

Reaction Officers have been great too.

Dumisani Mulamu was the first one to have the unsettling job of having to deal with the angry SSG clients. He and his shift supervisor, Blessing, reassured us that we would be getting the same if not better service from ADT and have stayed true to their word.

Dumisani really stands out, he has shown professionalism, dedication, vigilance, politeness and is an asset to ADT. When he is on duty we know we are in safe hands.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Nolleen, Dumisani and Hendrik Cloete for all your hard work and I’m sure that I’m voicing this on behalf of the community too.
