Shocking service from staff at Post Office – resident
"It does not take much to reply to someone whey they say hello."
“I am yet to go to the Edenvale Post Office and receive a hello or even a smile from the staff.
Most of the time they are arrogant, unfriendly and may I say, just rude.
They do not have any manners.
It does not take much to reply to someone whey they say hello.
Clearly this is a mammoth task for them.
The staff are more interested in chatting to their colleagues instead of offering assistance to the public.
I must say I despise going to the post office and only do so when I really need to, as most people hate to be treated badly when a service is supposed to be offered by the SA Post Office.”

The letter was sent to Mr Johan Kruger from the media desk of the South African Post Office for comment on April 28.
