Patient empowerment was the name of the day when Edenvale Clinic hosted its annual open day for the community.
The event was held on September 18. Facility manager Mbali Mabogwane welcomed attendees and introduced community members to various staff and stakeholders of the clinic.
Members of Ward 19’s ward committee and representatives from NPO You Are Not Alone were also in attendance.

The open day encouraged community members to take charge of their health and helped them learn more about the services on offer.
