Jeppe Quandum Athletics raise R10k for NPO

The spring walk saw more than 200 people and dogs support the event.

Following the spring walk hosted by Jeppe Quondam Athletics, the club was able to donate R10 000 towards Better Bedfordview.

Held on September 1 the 5km walk was the first of its kind.

The event saw participants come together and walk around and Essexworld.

Jeppe Quondam Athletics teamed up with NPO Better Bedfordview for the initiative as it works tirelessly to improve the quality of the roads and pavements that the athletics club members walk and run on.

Described as a huge success, the spring walk saw more than 200 people and dogs support the event.

The R10 000 donation was handed over to Marina Constas from Better Bedfordview to assist the NPO in continuing its work.
