Balderstone Sports Institute and International Study Centre (BSI) offers quality education for talented and dedicated sports-focused high school learners and provides tertiary sports courses for college leavers.
With modern-day youth sports demanding an extensive practice and competitive schedule, which is not normally catered for in traditional schooling, we allow young learners to focus on their chosen desired sports path whilst still enabling them to get a full academic qualification.

BSI offers leading performance coaching and learning, whereby we enable top athletes in various sporting codes to commit to demanding competitive schedules and training regimes without compromising their education.
The young sportspersons get a professional and focused environment to develop and hone their skills to perform on the competitive stage whilst still allowing them to complete their secondary academic education with us.
We offer two international curriculum choices which certify them to attend tertiary institutions after graduating from high school. These include:
• The Cambridge curriculum – provides a world-class education and internationally recognised qualification.
• The American GED curriculum – which offers an alternative exit examination that is an ideal choice for many busy learners and athletes.

We offer high-school leavers a post-matric sports management course and the internationally recognised PGA qualification, which has seen many of our graduates taking up job offers globally.
Our academies are based on various sports codes and we focus on athletics, golf, football and tennis, with rugby and basketball launching in 2025.
Our coaching staff are internationally accredited and have associations with many leading sporting organisations to offer our African talent and international learners the opportunity to shine next to their stars across the globe.
