Local school takes a stand against bullying

St Andrew’s School for Girls’ staff celebrated Pink Shirt Day, to show their unity against bullying.

“The day reminds us to work together as a community between parents, children, and teachers, to stop bullying by celebrating diversity and promoting kindness and inclusiveness.

“It is about creating a community where all people feel safe, valued, and respected regardless of gender, sexual orientation, age, ability, religion, or cultural background,” said the school’s Caterina Cannone.
