Khanyisa calls for assistance in preparing hampers

“We would appreciate any contributions to our Christmas hampers.”

Over the Christmas break, Khanyisa Trust will close its doors and as such halt its feeding scheme for a short period.

The trust will close on December 15 and re-open on January 8.

The manager of the trust, Dipuo Tekana, said as per annual custom the trust will prepare Christmas hampers for its beneficiaries to assist them over the holiday period.

The hamper contains a variety of groceries to supplement the beneficiaries’ meals during this time. The trust hopes to prepare 150 hampers that will be distributed the day before the trust closes.
