St Andrew’s picks new leaders for 2024

St Andrew’s School for Girls has announced its captains and heads for next year.

St Andrew’s School for Girls has announced their sports captains, music heads and cultural activities heads for next year.

These are the sports captains who will lead the school:

Onthatile Makwetla (athletics), Mackenzie Lamond (cross country and rowing), Nicola Johnson (diving), Gabrielle Parkes (equestrian), Meagan Fell (hockey), Naledi Gugushe (netball), Carla Brown (squash), Caitlin Herbst (swimming) and Hannah Daines (tennis).

The St Andrew’s School for Girls’ captains for sports. They are Onthatile Makwetla (athletics), Mackenzie Lamond (cross country, rowing), Nicola Johnson (diving), Gabrielle Parkes (equestrian), Meagan Fell (hockey), Naledi Gugushe (netball), Carla Brown (squash), Caitlin Herbst (swimming) and Hannah Daines (tennis).

Those who will lead the music department are Kyla Yapp (band), Faith Leseka (choir), Musawenkosi Nyembe (marimba), and Tania Bullah (orchestra).

The cultural activities heads are Katelin van der Westhuizen (art club), Naledi Mthimunye (book club), Zahara Moosajee (debating), Tatiana Koltzidellis (first aid), Phoebe Moodley (iTEAM), Onthatile Makwetla (photography), Andrea Barbeau and Teteane Moloantoa (public speaking), and Kwanele Dlamini (sound and lighting).
