Edenvale Lioness Club calls on community for donations
Club president Margaret van Wyk said its members have collected food donations outside of Dowerglen SPAR for many years.
NPO Edenvale Lioness Club appealed to the community for support and assistance in collecting food for the needy.
Club president Margaret van Wyk said its members have collected food donations outside of Dowerglen SPAR for many years.
However, the store will be closing temporarily for renovations.

“The 46 people we feed depend on our donations. They include single people, families, elderly people and a crèche in Primrose,” said Margaret.
She appealed to community members to help the club continue assisting those in need by donating food or making a financial donation to the NPO.
