Join a spider adventure in Modderfontein

A donation of R100 per adult and R20 per child under 12 can be paid on the day.

The Spider Club of Southern Africa will host a Spider Walk in Modderfontein on March 5.

The event will take place in the Modderfontein Nature Reserve on Arden Road.

A donation of R100 per adult and R20 per child under 12 can be paid on the day.

These fees exclude reserve fees.

Visitors are asked to arrive at 08:30. The walk will commence at 09:00 and indemnity forms must be completed on arrival.

The walk will entail a morning of exploring the grounds of the Modderfontein Nature Reserve.

Adventurers and spider enthusiasts will look under rocks, between grasses and in bushes for all sorts of spiders and learn more about them as the walk continues.

The outing promises to be a fun and educational day for the family to learn about the creatures around us.
The reserve charges a separate fee of R40 for adults and R25 for children.
