Members of the Benoni Cake Decorators Network again pulled out all the stops to help charities by baking extraordinary Christmas cakes for them to enjoy or raffle to raise funds.

The handover to seven charities took place at the Benoni Baptist Church, in Wordsworth Road, Farrarmere, on November 23.

Germiston’s Avril Elizabeth Home was one of the recipients.

Charmaine Weyer, of the home, said they planned to raffle the cake to raise extra funds at their Christmas Market on November 26.
