Holy Rosary learner bags fourth place

Robyn placed fourth in the solo category at the coastal gathering.

Grade Eight Holy Rosary High School learner Robyn Faherty has a passion for the bagpipes and is the only female bagpiper in the Jeppe Pipe Band.

Robyn started learning how to play the bagpipes in Grade Five.

At the end of April the Jeppe Pipe Band competed in the prestigious Amazimtoti Highland Gathering where it placed first in the Novice Juvenile division.

Robyn placed fourth in the solo category at the coastal gathering.

On May 14 Jeppe Pipe Band placed first in the Novice Juvenile category at the Jeppe Highlands Gathering.
Holy Rosary School congratulated Robyn on her achievement.
