Edenvale police arrest one and seize R20k worth of drugs
The drugs found included marijuana, marijuana cookies and mushrooms.
After responding to a domestic violence complaint, Edenvale SAPS arrested a male for dealing in drugs and recovered narcotics worth R20 000.

Edenvale Police Station communications officer Sgt Jacob Mashile said on April 4, officers received reports of a domestic violence incident occurring in sector four.
Mashile said while responding to the complaint, officers noticed a bottle containing marijuana.
He said the officers asked the suspect about the marijuana and were informed by him it was for his personal use.
“The officers became suspicious and started searching the house,” said Mashile.
He said after further investigation, more marijuana, marijuana cookies, other drugs and mushrooms were found.
Mashile said following the discovery, the officers arrested the suspect for dealing in drugs.
“All of the items were booked into SAPS 13 while waiting to be taken to the laboratory.”
Edenvale SAPS station commander Col Ntombomzi Basholo welcomed the arrest and seizure.
