Edenvale learner makes his mark on the mat and in the pool
At the regional swimming gala, Wade qualified for the finals for five of the events and placed first for for the 50m and 100m butterfly.
Edenvale High School (EHS) congratulated its learner, Jared Wade, who has recently excelled in karate and swimming.
Wade competed at the Karate South Africa (KSA) National Tournament in Durban held between March 5 and 7 and placed third for kumite in his category.

He also competed in the SSA Regional Level 2 Swimming Gala from March 12-13 and swam in 10 events.
