Jeppe Girls congratulates Class of 2020

The girls achieved 255 distinctions in all. “One of the goals of the 2020 Matrics was to cross the NSC finishing line together. We are overjoyed that the class of 2020 accomplished this goal and today can celebrate that no one was left behind,” said headmistress Dina Gonçalves.

“Congratulations to the courageous young women who embraced the difficulties of the Covid 19 Pandemic and have made themselves, their families and the school very proud. Well done ladies, wishing you the very best in the next leg of your life journey.”

Former Dunvegan Primary School learner Simbulele Dunjwa was the schools top achiever with seven distinctions in English, Afrikaans, mathematics, life orientation, accounting, life science and physical science.
Aisling de Lange was awarded six distinctions in English, Afrikaans, mathematics, life orientation, history and physical science.

Israa Devraj achieved six distinctions in English, Afrikaans, life orientation, geography, history, life science. Jadyn Hovelmeier received six distinctions in English, Afrikaans, mathematics, life orientation, life science and music.

Mbali Mbatha was awarded six distinctions in Afrikaans, mathematics, life orientation, geography, life science and physical science.

Naseeha Moosa achieved six distinctions in English, Afrikaans, life orientation, accounting, life science and physical science.

Megan Reveley was awarded six distinctions in Afrikaans, mathematics, life orientation, geography, life science and physical science.

Darnell Swart, Tristan Torr, Zia Touffie, Tasmin Fourie, Jadyn Hovelmeier, and Jesse MacDonald obtained five distinctions.
