Do you know how to report service delivery issues?

The CoE App contains a multitude of contact details for departments such as accounts, electricity, water, roads, refuse and waste for community members.

While in Edenvale the NEWS recently came across members of City of Ekurhuleni’s Edenvale parks department who were trimming trees and collecting fallen foliage.

Community members are yet again reminded to make use of the various options available at hand when reporting a service delivery issue to the CoE.

They can either phone the call centre on 086 054 3000 or email call.centre@ekurhuleni.gov.za to report their issues and receive a reference number.

Alternatively, the My CoE App can be downloaded from the Google Play or Apple Store which will allow community members to report matters in a few minutes.

The CoE App contains a multitude of contact details for departments such as accounts, electricity, water, roads, refuse and waste for community members.

The application also includes all the contact details for all Ekurhuleni councillors who can assist community members, who live in their ward, with service delivery related issues.
