SPCA needs support for outreach programme
The aim is to provide primary healthcare to dog and cat owners who cannot afford the services of private veterinarians.
The Bedfordview and Germiston SPCA will host its next outreach day on September 22 in Marathon, Makausu and Rasta informal settlements.
