Vivienne Claassens of Edenglen High School (EGHS) recently took to the stage when she competed in the Teatro Arti Eisteddfod.
The Grade Nine learner competed in the August event and delivered six items across three categories.
Some of her results for the items she delivered included:
• 90% for dramatised poetry.
• 88% gedramatiseerde poësie.
• 95% for prepared reading.
• 90% voorbereide lees.
• 94% tackling heavy topics in public speaking – Male rape and the stigmatisation around it.
• 93% for redenaars – Reg op privaatheid en Covid-19
