Scones and smiles

With the easing of restrictions across SA, residents of Rand Aid's Inyoni Creek Retirement Village were able to have a taste of normality when they were treated to freshly baked scones.

With the easing of restrictions across SA, residents of Rand Aid’s Inyoni Creek Retirement Village were able to have a taste of normality when they were treated to freshly baked scones.

Baked by Iyoni Creek residents Denise Simonson, Dugald Paterson and Tommy Hamilton, the trio produced over 200 scones for the residents.

Although residents could not enjoy the treats together, they were able to have the scones for takeaway.
