You can be a future leader at the King’s School

Staff members are proud of the leaders who have emerged from the school. Not only have many of the matriculants gone on to become professionals with careers in medicine, engineering, film, theatre, advertising, business and so forth, the school has also produced several teachers

The Kings’ School has its origins in 1986 when Rigby Wallace, lead elder of Waverly New Covenant Church, felt a calling from God to start a multi-racial school that offered a Christ-centred world view.

Today the Kings’ School is located in the north-eastern suburbs of Johannesburg and offers education from nursery school to Grade 12. The school joined the Curro Holdings group on 1 January 2020.

Staff members are proud of the leaders who have emerged from the school. Not only have many of the matriculants gone on to become professionals with careers in medicine, engineering, film, theatre, advertising, business and so forth, the school has also produced several teachers. Some of them even came back to teach at the school. Recently Tina Sayenda, Judith Moos, Aimee Keogh and Kirsty Papenfus joined us.
