Saheti learner makes face shields for healthcare worker

The Covid-19 pandemic has posed a massive challenge to everyone worldwide.

It birthed many great problem solvers with solutions to this extraordinary situation we find ourselves in.

Nicolas Christofides, a prefect and member of Saheti’s Sciences Club, volunteered to join the RUACH 3D initiative of South Africa.

This initiative has set out to donate face shields and face masks to healthcare workers in South Africa.

So far over 7 000 face shields have been printed and donated, including 50 made by Nicolas himself, using his home 3D printer.
