Congratulations are in order for Verwoerdpark resident Mahir Naicker who won a whopping R10 000 after taking part in Caxton’s PixzAR competition.
Naicker, a second-year law student, told the RECORD he was stunned when he discovered he had won the competition.
“After getting back from varsity late last year I would read about the PixzAR competition.
“I told myself I would start participating after completing my exams and at first I was unfortunate, but as the new year started things changed and I became a winner,” said Naicker.
He said he plans on using the money towards his tertiary fees and encouraged people to also take part in the competition.
